First as a banker and financial expert, then as a financial market regulator and finance minister. From commercial to National Central bank, from international consultant to a head of the Ministry of Finance and other organisations, as well as a member of management teams of international financial institutions.

For more than 20 years, I have been contributing to the formulation and implementation of EU and Lithuanian economic policy, national, sectoral and institutional reforms and changes. I have had extensive experience in building and developing relationships with private, governmental, international financial and EU institutions.

In advising and developing staff, I believe that I have created a collaborative and knowledge-sharing work environment, and I am pleased to have been able to build successful teams and develop new leaders. “I have been exploring communication since the beginning of my career, consistently, deeply and with passion. I started as a journalist and TV presenter, then as a communications manager in a dynamic international business organisation. I also advised leading national businesses and their CEOs as an independent communications and organisational development advisor. I have written and published two successful fiction books, Kiss Me…in the Smile and Pearl-Whitened Coffee. I have worked as a lecturer and as a public speaking trainer. Later, I was introduced to the public sector through communication. I was an advisor to the Minister of Finance. Then I was invited to join the team of the President of the Republic of Lithuania. I worked as a Chief Adviser to the President of the Republic of Lithuania for Communication and as a Head of the Communication Team.
